Malaika Blend

Malaika — angel in Swahili — is a coffee of ethereal grace. This light roast blend is composed to let the bean's highest notes sing unobscured: jasmine and bergamot open like a morning breeze, giving way to a core of sweet peach and blood orange that shimmers across the palate. The finish is luminous — a trail of raw honeycomb and lemongrass that lingers softly, as if the cup itself is still blooming. Sourced from the same East African highlands that give our entire collection its character, Malaika Blend is proof that restraint in the roaster can be the boldest choice of all.
